Cube I use :lubix guhong

Cubing for about a month, current average is about 35 seconds, how can i quickly get faster from here?, (don't say just practice)

Search to forum for threads on how to practice.

About practice:
Random practice does not make perfect
Perfect practice makes perfect --> find out your weaknesses and work on them, do not "just solve" over and over

Cross 6 seconds - Do your cross on the bottom and try to plan it out ahead of time to decrease all of the cube rotations. With planning you could cut the time in half.
F2L 13 seconds - pretty good time for your level, with time it will get faster
OLL 9 seconds - time killer, try to improve your 2-look algorithms
PLL 6 seconds - pretty good for your level, but I noticed no fingertricks, like double-flicking with your index & middle finger

I'd recommend working on the cross... such as putting it on the bottom and making it more optimal.
Then I'd recommend using your fingers for more turns rather than your wrist.
Your F2L had a nice speed, and overall you seem to be doing fine.

EDIT: what was that PLL alg? It didn't look very finger friendly at all.

YYZ, this is a good example of using fingertricks to speed up your algs. I use the same alg and do it in about 2 seconds. Here's one of someone doing that alg:

You're only 1 month into this, so give it time, but keep challenging yourself.

This was your time split for this solve:
Cross-6
F2L-15
OLL-3(you were lucky and got a 2-look OLL case so you did the OLL in one look)
PLL-6
So,since you said you average 35 seconds, assuming from your solve,I think this is your time split:
Cross-6
F2L-17
OLL-6
PLL-6
I hope it's somewhat accurate.:p
Your ratios seem pretty good, except for your F2L.So,definitely work on your F2L a lot and practice lookahead until you get sub-30.After that you don't need to focus on anything special, maybe just on your cross a little bit.But after you improve your F2L just practice whole solves and learn full OLL and I don't really have anything else to say.I recommend you to just watch a lot of tutorials on the forum and also some video tutorials,I especially recommend badmephisto's tutorials, they will help you a lot, trust me.

you use your hands for turning the D-face, I know that people have told you fingertricks, and so I think you should also work on flicking the D-face with either your ring finger or pinky (I don't know what is the accepted way but I use my ring finger).

Find and practice better finger tricks.
Try to use minimal re-grips during your solve, especially when executing algorithms.
I would recommend using your right thumb for F' and your right index finger for F. You should be able to do both of these moves without taking your hand off the cube.
Flick the U layer with your figures, rather than using your whole hand.
Try to reduce how much you rotate the cube. You don't always have to solve the pairs on the front of the cube, you can also solve them on the back.

Remember to "Go Slow and Look Ahead". This means you should try not to pause between steps. So when you are placing the 1st pair, you should be looking for the 2nd pair, so when you've finished with the 1st you go straight to the 2nd. This is true for the whole solve:
Building cross look for the 1st pair.
Placing 1st pair look for 2nd pair.
e.t.c...

Here are some more tips:
Try to build your cross on the bottom.
Building the same cross you used, this sequence solves it on D:
x2 y R2 U L2 y' R' L' D F' D' // cross
or
x2 y R2 U L2 y L' R' u R' u' // cross

If you were colour neutral, the green cross is very easy.
y U r U' r // green cross (on left)
or
x' y' R u R' u // green cross

solving a pair during the cross is called an Extended cross
x' y D2 R2 U' F R' F' // green Xcross

by adding a few more moves you can even solve two pairs
x' y D2 R2 U' F R2 U' R F' // green XXcross

use this start for a very short solve!
x' y D2 R2 U' F R2 U' R F' // green XXcross
L U L' E L' U2 L D L' U L // 3rd/4th pairs
r U2 L D2 L' U2 L D2 (L' r') U // CLL
alg.garron

short sequences, especially using <R,U> moves, with less rotations are popular
y' R U' R' U R' U' R // 1st pair

same alg as the previous, but using a different "empty slot" and <R,U,L>
U2 R' U R U L U L' // 2nd pair

<R,U,F> is also popular
(y') R' F U' F' R // 2nd pair (GreenOrange)

U' R U' R' U2 y' R' U' R // 4th pair

orienting the LL edges while inserting the last edge (as you did!) is usually recommended
(d') r' U' R' F R U r // EOLS

this LL case is easy to recognise, a T-shape Tperm
(y') R' F R' D2 r D' r' D2 R2 F' // ZBLL
or
(y') r U' r U2 R' F R U2 r2 F // ZBLL
