Yep. Unfortunately Germany was playing to lose and they did not seem to serious about winning, but I am sure that they will still do well in there next games.

Yea! Germany won in the last 15 seconds off of a free kick. The decibel level in the house was really loud, but very happy with the results, especially from our father Now they just have to beat South Korea next week to make it to the Round of 16.

To true The only game that I have watched the entirety of was yesterdays game of Germany vs Sweden. But other then that I have either been practicing FMC, EG-1/One looking for 2x2 or something akin during the games.

Do you like soccer or watching soccer? If so what is your favorite team?

Ha not too big on it to be honest. We just watched the England v Panama game. England won 6-1 but I only saw one of the goals due to cubing :-D

My kids support Manchester City and Man United so therefore so do I

With the US not being in the World Cup I can’t imagine many Americans watching it.

To be far it’s been a good World Cup so far, some really exciting games but marred by the usual fake falls and aggressive ‘amateur’ countries.

—I am generally trying to improve my speed before I move into intuitive FPL 3x3. I am a n00b so my times still start with a 2 minute. I have had two sub 3 minutes but on very flukey scrambles.

Thanks for letting me know. I have seen the results for all the games, but since my family and I record the games and watch them in the evening I have not yet seen the goals for the game, only score.

Cool! My oldest brother is a fan of Man United, so I keep up with them thanks to him wanting to watch there games, but the main team that I watch/keep up with more then Man United is Bayern Munich because my father is German and Bayern is the team/town that my fathers grandparents were from(or around the whereabouts there), and therefore Bayern/Germany is the main team that I will watch/support, unless of course the US is in the World Cup.

With that being said, I have really enjoyed watching Iceland play (both in the Euro Cup 2 years ago and this World Cup), especially since they came out of nowhere and are doing really well, that and after being/visiting Iceland a couple of years back, I know a little more about them as a whole then most other teams. I also enjoy watching Belgium play but that, especially since I like some of the players on the team.

I could not have said that better The fake falls is really annoying to watch because all the players are doing, is making themselves look silly and unprofessional, rather then playing the game as they should and letting the Referee make the calls (or in this World Cup the VAR and Referee make the calls.)

Yes. Really though the most important thing I got from those commercials is to not cheer for Brazil. Great commercials.

We have Belgium next, I think we will start to see the matches start to close in - less goals, tension high and hopefully less falls!

Well it looks like Germany is now surprisingly out of the World Cup after there loss to South Korea this morning. Now I guess I will be going for Belgium, Argentina, and England as my top options.

I’ll be watching them today, cheering on, raising my eyes from the cube every once in a while
