Collin arguably has near equal F2L speed, but his LL is significantly worse than Feliks'.

ehh i don't know about that, Collin's cross+F2L is around 4-4.5 seconds on average, while Feliks' (in this ao5 at least) was around 3-3.6 seconds

This Ao5 is more than a second faster than average, I don't think it's representative. Even if Faz had faster F2L, which he probably does, that wouldn't necessarily make his look ahead better. Who turns faster?

for F2L TPS, Feliks sits around 8-9 ETPS, while Collin's is anything from 6.5-8. in terms of ETPS for a full solve, Feliks is around 8.5-9.5 while Collin is 6.5-7.5 on average

edit: i actually calculated their average ETPS instead of visually estimating, for this ao12 of Collin's, he averaged 6.58 ETPS per solve, while in Feliks' 5.52 ao5 he averaged 7.13 ETPS per solve. of course this isn't the best comparison, but it should be obvious that Feliks has faster TPS and the faster F2L, as he's faster overall
