What is a cube with pieces blacked out called?

I've seen some demonstrators using these on YouTube; They are mostly black cubes with only focal colored pieces used to practice certain cases.
What do you call this? A test cube? A practice cube?

Would one just make one from two cubes and removing stickers from one, and swapping the pieces, or is there such a set available for purchase?

People will buy a cube and partially unsticker/sticker it. It doesn't have a name, but they're used to make it easier for the viewer to understand. For example, one might unsticker the corners that way they aren't distracting while showing how to do EO for ZZ.

Buying two of the exact same cube then unstickering one and swapping the pieces as needed would work great. The link Gan 356 X posted above would work great.

I believe it’s usually called a trainer cube or an F2L cube (or an F2B cube, I use Roux)
