Faster Edge Perms

I been had switch from the beginner f2 u ri l etc. to r2 u r u etc.
but now my perms that consist of the middle slices( i think z perms?)
take me 3 and 4 seconds. and i use the middle slice finger trick. and i see people using their hand and getting one sec????

I don't know, but I think the 2-gen alg for Z is pretty fast for me...
I used to use M, but now I don't... at all... (except for OLL...)
