Faster at f2l

Hey speedcubers, i need some of your help. I really want to get faster with f2l, im wondering how people do it in SECONDS, i know they inspect xcross, but how to get faster?

Anyway, without more information I can only say practice. Get confident with your solutions. Also no need for XCrosses yet. Try to do stuff intuitively and later on find good algs.

Bottom line is, it takes a lot of practice to get confident and develop a set of solutions that you can execute fast and with minimal effort.
