[wiki]F2B[/wiki] to [wiki]F2L[/wiki], BTL, Blocks to layers.
If you are using [wiki]Roux[/wiki] and like to try [wiki]ELL[/wiki] for the last part you need some method to compleate F2L. Of course you can just twist and turn, it is easy and intuitive but why not have a method?
I figured I need to fresh up my ELLs a bit so I constructed this for my columns method (after I compleated F2B by solving R/L centres and RD/LD edges).
Examples:
Roux Scramble #48: M' U2 M2 U2 M2 U' M2 U' M' U' M2 U' M U2 M U2
Roux Scramble #49: M' U' M2 U2 M' U M U' M' U M2 U' M' U' M' U'
lol, I'm using the scrambles I get... another:
Even worse: Roux Scramble #50: M U M2 U' M2 U M2 U2 M2 U2 M U2 M2 U' M U
U' M' [U2]
One more : Roux Scramble #51: M2 U M' U2 M U' M' U2 M' U' M U2 M' U' M2 U2
Well, at last I got one that did not skip the last sub step, solve the centres.

- Orient either FD or BD to either FD or BD having the D colour at the F/B side.
- Orient the other FD/BD edge in the U layer so the D sticker is on the side of the last layer and move it to the same side as the first piece is forming a pair.
- Move the two to U using M or M', do U/U' and and M/M'/M2 to place the D center in the middle forming a 1x1x3 bar that then is palced using U/U' M2.
Examples:
Roux Scramble #48: M' U2 M2 U2 M2 U' M2 U' M' U' M2 U' M U2 M U2
- U M'
- U'
- M' U2 M2 [U2]
Roux Scramble #49: M' U' M2 U2 M' U M U' M' U M2 U' M' U' M' U'
- U M'
- U2
- M [U2]
