F U' F' fingertrick

sorry if this is a duplicate post but I couldn't find any info on it (that helped me anyway )

Does anyone have any vids (or explanations) of how they do F U' F' without cube rotations? I am pausing way too much between each face turn...

try to do the F's with your thumbs or index fingers. You have to try out what you like the best. You can easily do a F U'F'without cube rotations with a bit of practise. Sorry but I dont have a vid

Most people do y' R U' R'
But I do right index left index right thumb. I like it this way.

Incidentally I would never need this in roux. I would do just F' inthis case.
When I use CFOP I do it like that. But I'm usually cross on left anyway.

U' Lw' U' L U M is another one I like although high on movecount....
I usually cancel moves from another pair, and don't restore the cross, so it cancelled moves.

Personally I do U' then F' with thumb, then r U r' for the case you are asking about.

I do sometimes U with my thumb, but mostly with my finger beside my thumb (don't know how it calls in English) en F alway with the finger beside my thumb.
