Alternatively, save it as a different file type; JPEGs are generally smaller than PNGs. Realistically I'd just put it in MS Paint and resize until it's small enough though.

Probably the easiest way is to use the windows screenshot program. Or you can use mspaint to make it smaller.
2 things.
1. I use Mac,
& 2, I’m trying to take the pictures on an iPhone XR.

If you cannot figure out how to change the size of the file, you can upload them to a free image hosting site and then link to the images.
