Explain the 32223 method

Ive been wanting to learn the 32223 edge-pairing method but I also feel like all of the video tutorials online are not well explained (imo) so all I wanted was just someone to explain the method to me with words, just the basic outline on how to pair the edges and then I can learn from there, and if you feel that another method is better please tell me.
