EO+CP LL algs

Although I've already published these as Seth algs, I think it's appropriate to note that a subset of Seth is to set up 2GLL from any LL state. I feel a bit silly republishing this, but I can't seem to find any good EO+CP list, so I thought this might be appropriate.

Basically, this just flips edges and permutes corners to set up 2GLL.
it's 16 algs, and seems to (eyeballing!) be about...9 moves?

There are 16 cases to this.
6 (done, 4flip)(done, adj, diag)
6 (adj)(adjl, ajdr, adjb, adjf, done, diag)
4 (opp)(adjl, adjf, done, diag)

Just look through this list and sort through the 15 cases where nothing is wrong with F2L in the picture.

The algs aren't great, but they're decent, and RobertY is currently looking through them to find better ones. If you'd like to contribute, just write down a 'better' alg in a comment.
