Entering a competetion..?

Do you need to be like, a proffesional Rubik's Cuber in order to enter a competetion?

I'm just an average person who can solve the Cube but I want to enter a competition and I was looking at the dates for them, but all of them near where I live have, to what it seems, "known" cubers with charts of their personal records and such.

Does this mean I cannot enter those and compete?

You can compete. Anyone can compete, as long as they know the regulations. I've competed, and I'm nowhere near professional.

The only reason you're seeing all the registered people with links to their stats is that they have competed before. Once you compete, you'll have your own link too.
