Post your ideas of an edible frozen jello cube
No offense, m8...but WHY?make a block of jello and carve it into edges and corners
next, gently submerge them into liquid nitrogen and take them out after a few minutes
then rebuild the cube
just for funbut WHY?
I have a couple gallons, but none I can spare. That's a good argument for a naturally firmer food, like potatoes or carrots. If you're not worried about any functionality then ice cream or even cake would work ok. It's not generally considered edible, but I've been wanting to make a solid wood cube, including a wooden mechanism.Where are we going to get the liquid nitrogen though?
Wasn't the first rubiks cube ever created have wooden edges and corners?I've been wanting to make a solid wood cube, including a wooden mechanism.
I buy at least $1,000 worth of products from Select Sires every year, so they give it to me.Where did you get your liquid nitrogen?
Sure. Maybe not exceptionally durable, but you ought to be able to make it work. People carve soap all the time, and a potato would be at least as good in the short term. I expect it would degrade a little faster than soap. So, you can just use a potato for carving?
If I'm going to take the time to carve a cube I'll use something like red oak or ironwood, or maybe even an ebony or mahogany. I'm not interested enough in making a cube I can eat, sorry. Can you try to do it?
Are you trying to make a cube with parts or something that just looks like a cube.Post your ideas of an edible frozen jello cube
