Eastsheen Loosens itself?

Can anyone tell me how to stop my Eastsheen 4x4 from loosening itself?

2x2 or 4x4/5x5?
Either way. Shock oil tightens things, but most people don't like it.

Well, Eastsheen 2x2s don't have screws, so they can't. Eastsheen 4x4s and 5x5s however do. Which are you talking about? I have all three, and the 4x4s and 5x5s are unusable because of this. I really don't think you can stop it. Glue maybe? Or just get a Meffert's or QJ 4x4 or 5x5. Sorry.

Don't tighten the ES 4x4x4 too much or the core might crack. I did this and my cube exploded (literally) at school in my friend's hands. It was funny, but then I had to replace it

ES 4x4x4s are really nice out of the box but when they start to loosen up they aren't good.

Mine does this too. You just have to tighten it periodically.

Mine used to do this. I lubricated it and it stopped doing it for some reason.

I made a thread like this and one of the members (Cubes=Life?) told me what happened. Yeah, the core cracked. I guess. Guess you might need to order a new one. But keep the pieces.

Sigh. If only people who had broken eastsheen parts to sell in a site, that would be awesome.
