( Not sure if this belongs here... but oh well. )

In anger I took my Eastsheen 2x2x2 apart because I don't know how to solve it... yet.
I tried putting it back together and this job is near impossible for me. I've completed the bottom layer of the cube but I don't see how the top layer fits in. I have these 6 little black pieces out of nowhere? I used 3 to make the bottom layer. Can you help me reassemble this: Eastsheen 2x2x2?

It is equivalent to a 3x3. Those black pieces are basically 3x3 edges that fit under the corner pieces. It can get a bit tricky with the last edge. You'll likely need to stick a pen or something in between the two corner pieces to put the last edge in.

The flat side goes from center to center an the angle goes benath, filling the void.

Every corner needs to be surrounded by 3 of these, just place a corner, slot the edges surrounding it, place another corner, surround it and so on.

Whene just one corner is left place the last edge, unscrew as much as possible, and just push the corner.

I've looked at all the tutorials, but the people in the video have an Eastsheen 2x2x2 but it's different too mine in the core.

Try to separate two corner pieces from their stalks. This will not be easy, you'll have to pull really heard, but if you manage to do it your corners should be in two pieces. Then you just reassemble it again like a 3x3, except using your corner stalks as the last two corner pieces, that you put your last edge in between. Make sure the stalks are oriented the right way, so that when you in the end put the corner pieces on again, they are oriented correctly.

Hope this helped, it is what I do when I assemble my ES 2x2
