i am practising for the benelux open with the square-1.
i have an average of 1:40 with the method of thrawst.
i need to have an more advanced method but which.
btw, i need to be able to know the method before 20 februari so not an advanced method with 100 algs.

Assuming you know how to make cube shape then you can learn a few algs on Lars Vandenbergh's website.

Learn how to make U and D the right colours, then learn how to orient edges with one or two algorithms (I would recommend the single edge on the top and single edge on the bottom and also the alg for two opposite edges on the top and bottom).

Then learn how to permute corners. By learning how to swap just two corners on the top and the bottom at the same time, you can use the same alg to solve all the cases. If you want to be more efficient you can just add to that by learning some further cases. The corner permutation is very easy to learn.

Finally, learn parity (I assume you know it already) and some edge permutation algorithms. I recommend learning the U-perm algorithms. H and Z are very easy to remember so you can learn those too.

That's no more than ten algs, some of them are very easy. www.cubezone.be

Really you can get away with one alg for EO, CP and EP if you want, so start with that then build on it by learning more cases when you have mastered the first few.

IMHO the easiest way to handle EP is to learn double adj swap, double opposite swap and of course a parity fix. The first two algs are very easy to remember and you can solve quite intuitively everything but parity with them.
