It's called the Z Magic Volcano Puzzle, I saw it on zcube.cn, here's the link: http://zcube.cn/Shape_special/Pyraminx/Z-magic-Volcano.html

It looks pretty interesting, I'm considering buying it since it is fairly cheap; however, I have done some looking around and I haven't found a single thread/video/discussion or anything on it. If I do end up getting it, I want to be able to solve it and not leave in scrambled in my puzzle collection.

The real name is actually the "Vulcano" cube. Uwe Meffert designed it, and it is available on mefferts.com
There is a solving tutorial by monkeydude1313 on youtube.
