Does anybody have any experience with this Witeden 2x2x4 puzzle?

I'm thinking about purchasing this puzzle but the only youtube video I could find wasn't too encouraging. Do any of you own this puzzle or have any experience using it?

Looks pretty simple to solve. Get it back into shape first, then solve the 2x4x4 in the middle, then 2x2 outer. Maybe it's more difficult than it looks.

I'm fairly sure that I could solve it, and it seems like a fun little puzzle. I'm more interested in the turning quality of the cube. It's also unclear from that youtube video how much freedom you have with swapping the small pieces in the middle layers. It seems almost like the Square 2 puzzle layers but I'm not sure.
