Does a watch or wristband affect your solving?

Well, sometimes after a lot of cubing it feels like my watch gets tighter around my arm. So I take it of and that's really it.

I don't se how a watch should improve your cubing. Maybe if you remember your algs by letters and keep forgetting which hand does L moves :)

I usually take off my watch when I'm timing myself. I just feel that there is unnecessary added weight on my wrist. This is just what I think.

i play the piano as well and while i cube, or play the piano the watch is something that i need to wear or else my arm feels too light :D

I always make sure that I'm not wearing a watch when i cube, it just slows me down

I have a rubber band I put around my right wrist whenever I solve. I dunno why, but I started as soon as I got sub minute (6 months ago?)

Without it I feel incomplete and can't concentrate.

I wear a LOT of bands and bangles around my wrists. I've been doing so for many years. If i DON'T wear them, i feel strange. Almost like it's unnatural for me to have nothing on my wrists :P

I've been wearing some rubber bracelet things (look on my latest vids) for the last few months. Lately I've been looking for something new to wear, but the bottom line is that I almost always have something on.
