Do you have a better single rank or average rank?

This surprises me a bit because I was expecting the converse (since I do lots of comps I have more chance to get lucky singles). Note that most of the better average ranks are close calls, though.

Before my last comp I was ranked better for avg than for single in any event in which I had completed an average

OH are close, 4256 single and 4164 average, but in 2x2-4x4 my average rank is far better than my single rank (900 places between 3x3 and 4x4 single and average and 2000 between 2x2 single and average).
