Do I need to learn more algs?

So I average sub 20. I was wondering if I need to learn more algs.
I know:
OLL
PLL

I was thinking of learning winter variation. But I think I need to improve more on f2l. What other f2l algs are there other than what's covered in the video?

You don't really need other algs. Just get better at OLL PLL. WV and COLL aren't really worth learning. The only really worthwhile thing would be starting ZBLL but that's not really necessary.

Work on F2L decision making. You can also start implementing pseudoslotting, F RU F solutions, etc.
