Basically, I fractured my left wrist yesterday and I will need to wear a cumbersome and heavy plaster cast for 6 WEEKS. This puts me out of all cubing apart from feet which I never do anyway. I can barely move my whole lower arm at all without feeling a lot of pain. This is literally the worst timing since it is 1 week before I break up for the summer holidays and will be unable to do barely any practice at all.

How it happened:
I was playing football with my dad and the ball came in high towards him and decided to leather it with all his might in my direction and since I was standing less than 2m away, I could hardly react to this. The ball struck my wrist, fracturing it and causing bad swelling before breaking the watch that I was wearing and then bouncing up into my face. I suppose I sort of hate him for his irresponsibility but I have still forgiven him.

Situation Update: On Wednesday this week, I got my cast replaced with a much lighter fiberglass one which is a lot less restricting than the old plaster cast. Adding in the general recovery of my wrist to this, I am actually somewhat able to cube. However my 3x3 times at least have dropped from 13-14 to about 25, so, it's not the end of the world.
