Difference Between V-Cube 5 White and Black

Is there a difference between the V-Cube 5 white and black? I've seen videos where white turns clicky while black is smooth.

There isn't really a difference, just a matter of preference. I like white cubes because I like black stickers on them to distinguish them from other people's cubes (who seem to like black) and when I disassemble the cube, I can see the pieces easier.

Again, this is just my opinion.
