Dian Sheng Petal 2 layer pie puzzle tutorial?

I've been looking all over for a tutorial for this puzzle. I got it for Christmas and get like 90% of it, but cant finish it! Here's a link to it so you know what it looks like:

Its called a rubiks cheese. You can google that.
BTW it's the same as a rubiks UFO.
