Daiyan MF8 4x4x4 NEED HELP!

When putting together the 4x4x4 I get some sort of piece-lockup happen to me

One layer refuses to be turned. It locks up entirely and when I force a turn the pieces pop out.
I can't assemble this cube for the life of me.
WHat the hell is wrong with it?

Just pull up on the centers and then twist. Beware don't pull to hard on the piece i may break.

Pull up on the center pieces. I had this problem aswell. Just make sure you don't break them.

Pulling up on the center pieces is the correct solution.
