Hey dude! I'm brazillian too. You have a very good english, that was a good read. I'll read the article about the single later,

But I spotted some errors:

"What algs could my brother be learning if he wasn’t even sub-30 no 4x4? "

"Ressurrection" seems more natural than "ressuscitation"

And the last sentence in your background story is repeated.

But don't give up, keep on your good work! :D

There’s some discussion, which I won’t get too much into in this article, about what order should you fill the back right vs. the front left slot in. Just know that, as a rule of thumb, the back left slot should be filled first and the front right slot should be filled last, with some degree of interchangeability between the back right and the front left slots.
I didn't understand this. Why put an order in the f2l slots? Just solve the better cases as they show up

I think what you said doesn't directly contradict preferring an order for f2l.

Solving BL slot first means more of your f2l is gonna be in the <R, U, F> group. You're more likely to be able to solve with nicer execution/f2l tricks and without a rotation. Additionally, you reduce the number of potentially useful stickers you can't see. It fits nicely into the flow of the solve (start slower, increase tps as state becomes more stable).

But it's not a system you must strictly adhere to, but a heuristic from principles. It's obviously terrible to ignore an R U R' to solve FR first. Although, this is my actual point - you could have probably seen this during inspection and rotated so that 3-move insert solves BL instead.

Salve, mano!

Valeu pelas correções e pela força!

It's like Escher said, it doesn't mean that you should solve the F2L pairs in this order, but that you should prioritize this order when filling slots. It may seem like a small difference, and it is, but it becomes clearear when you need to rotate. In Feliks' 4.75, for example, the first and second pairs were solved in the back right and front right slots. He needed to rotate to solve the third pair, using a y or a y'. With a y, the two solved pairs would be in the front, the third pair would be solved in the back right and the final pair in the back left. When you compare this scenario to what Feliks actually did, with a y', where the two solved pair went to the back and the final two were solved in the front, you can start to see how much of a difference knowing what slot order you should prioritise can make.
The important point is to be more aware of the effect your rotations during cross and F2L have to the rest of your solution.
Cheers!

What's up, yall
Today I have another Cubing Diaries for you. I decided to talk about present and future possibilities with bluetooth technology in speedcubes. I GUARANTEE you'll find some of the freshest memes inside:

Nice post, but one thing I would say is that most people would use the words "solves" or "solutions" rather than "resolutions" as you did.
