First off, this is the Pro Shop magnetized version of the non-magnetized Little Magic 3x3. I have had this cube for almost a year now, but I don't remember when I got it. Here are my thoughts:
  • Lubed out of the box
  • Strong magnets
  • Corner cutting is a little lacking (although it doesn't affect my solves)
  • Rarely locks up
  • Quite grippy
  • Smooth
  • Slightly crunchy
  • Controllable
  • The lube lasts a long time
  • Nicely tensioned
  • Fast
  • Light turning (even when lube runs out)
  • Stickerless
UPDATE 3/30/2021
  • M slices are a little hard to do, so I mainly stick with algs without them
  • Lube wore off but it's still fast and controllable
  • Loosened it and it was still as controllable but easier to do turns and corner cutting was better
Unfortunately, this model is discontinued so you can't buy it anymore, but it is a good cube pre setup for just $20. It is a huge improvement over my previous main and it's very good for me. There is still a Pro Shop version of the factory magnetized Little Magic 3x3 for $15, though I haven't tried that one yet.

The magnets are definitely strong but the layers are still easy to to turn and I think the corner cutting is excellent

Absolutely excellent. I mained this exact cube for aulong time until I switched to the cubicle Angstrom version. I even magnetized & lubed many YLMs myself trying to recreate the cubicle setups.

The magnets are definitely strong but I’ve always felt they complemented the cube very well because of the added stability while still maintaining much of the speed we all love in the YLM.

I purchased standard, Celeritas, and Mystic versions of the factory v1 YLM. Unfortunately I think all my OG YLMs perform better than the v1. The turning and feel of the v1 was just a bit different than the original. I could never really pinpoint it but I always thought they were inferior to its predecessors.

It am opening my standard v2 later this week so I can’t comment on that yet.
