I mean I dunno cubes all that well but I know what a 5x5 is, and it's not that - and I see that has 12 faces - so I'm gunna go with that until someone else speaks up.

Well it looks - by the comments there - you're not the only one that's wondering that. Unless someone here has actually ordered it I don't think anyone will know for sure if it's the picture or the label that is wrong. I'd watch the comments on the that site for someone who's ordered one to reply (or for the picture/title to change) or even just email them and ask.
It's not difficult to see how they might have got the name "5x5x5" if you think of it differently. Each face is a pentagon, a pentagon has 5 edges hence the number 5 in "5x5x5". We can only wonder where they got the extra 'x5x5' but I am sure that what you were buying would be a Megaminx.; they can't be that stupid. Based partially on the dimensions it could be a either Megaminx or 5x5. I would just stay away from it, there's no conclusive evidence to determine the puzzle.
If you want the QJ Megaminx so bad then just get it off Deal Perfect where you can be sure that it is a Megaminx, and for cheaper.
