Cube Meeting in Hollywood - Saturday 5/30/09

[dChan]

I know we have a thread where we were talking about this already but just to make sure the word gets out I made this one.

Okay, tomorrow, May 30, we are having a cube meeting in Hollywood at the Grove. This is going to be Dene's last meet-up since she is heading back to New Zealand so if you want to meet Dene or say goodbye to her it would be a good chance to do so. She won't be back in the States for a while!

So far we have Dene, John, Steven, and I coming for sure with everyone else tentative(as far as I know).

Everyone will be arriving at 12:00 PM. We are most likely going to be meeting up at the Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill (just meeting up there but probably not eating there as it is expensive unless everyone doesn't mind). The website for The Grove is here: http://www.thegrovela.com/dining.html and the address is below.

Just PM or email anyone that is coming for a phone number. I am sure everyone is willing to help you out if you need it to find us. Here is the official information for the meeting as of now:

When:
12:00 P.M. 5/30/09

Where:
Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill @ 189 The Grove Drive
Los Angeles, CA 90036

What:
Cubing, walking around, watching Star Trek

Hope to see you there,
-Daniel

[Dene]

Heh yea come see me and give me a hug!

[dChan]

Okay, edited the first post with the information so far.

And yes, come down and give Deeny a good-bye hug!

[MrData]

Glad to see we'll be fitting Star Trek in there.
We HAVE to do it now.

Haha, even Dene said we would watch it.

[Ellis]

No one ever told me that, except for mrdata. But I thought that was a joke because he always says that.

[Dene]

Well hang on, I said I would be prepared to watch it as long as everyone else wanted to. If John doesn't want to then I won't.

[dChan]

Aww, darn. I haven't watched that movie yet, though. Wanted to watch it.

Well, those who want to watch it, can watch it, and those who don't, can go do whatever, and once it's over, you guys can meet up again.

[dChan]

Oh, one more thing. We are meeting up near the Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill but we are not necessarily eating there. We still haven't picked a specific place to eat and Wood Ranch is quite expensive so it's most likely we won't be eating there.

[Dene]

Last second reminder. This is happening. I repeat: this is happening. See y'all at The Grove at midday!

[dChan]

Had a ton of fun yesterday, guys! Hopefully we'll see some of those vids on Youtube soon. Too bad that was our last one with Dene for a while. Hopefully you'll be coming back for some more cubing soon, Dene.
