CRC Food grade or heavy duty?

Hey guys.

I was just wondering if I got the CRC brand silicone lubricant, which one should i buy??

They are more or less the same.

I heard Nakajima uses the Food Grade one ;-)

I think they are pretty much the same, besides the fact that you can spray the food grade indoors without worry of hazardouds toxins in the air.
