I got this scramble a few minutes ago, and it is one of the luckiest scrambles I've ever gotten. Here's the scramble: U2 F2 D2 R F2 D2 L' F2 L R B L B2 F2 U' R' U2 R' B' (If you want to solve with a white cross, scramble the cube with yellow on top & green in front).
I did this for cross (face red IF you are solving with white cross. Face ORANGE if you're doing yellow cross): D' F L2 D L2 D

U' R U' R' // 3rd pair.
y2 R U R' U' F R' F R // 4th pair. The bad mistake here was the rotation.
