Nothing was lucky! My look ahead for edges was just good for that solve
Splits: 16-26-12
For those that don't know, Michal beat me around 2 months ago I think, with 54.88, followed by 54.86.
I'm pretty sure that sub-50 is possible, because I only skipped about 2 edges on this solve. So if I had skipped let's say 6 (which isn't that rare I think) then I could get sub-50, or maybe Michal or Michael could also do it with enough skipped edges.
EDIT: When I say skipped edges, I mean edges which were solved unintentionally.
EDIT 2: There were two mistakes:
1. On the penultimate set of moves on the edges, I accidentally incorrectly oriented an edge so, I only solved one, but luckily, I solved the remaining edges with the last set of moves using a "simple flip" alg, so it was a good thing I solved one edge by accident
2. About 2 moves on an F2L pair
