Tenho pensado em treinar com relógio, então gostaria de saber qual é o melhor, mais rápido e método usado no recorde mundial de relógio médio e único.

O método é muito basico na verdade, até muitos recordes mundias (incuildo os atuias) foram feitas com o método basico com alguns truquinhos. Esse vídeo aqui é um bom tutorial pra vc. Se tiver alguma duvida, so me avisa e eu posso te ajudar. Boa sorte
