CCT and Stackmat Connecting problem

I'm using Vista Home Premium, and in the Sound configuration in ControlPanel, there are Front Micro and Microphone, when I plugged the stackmat in, and turn it on, the Front Micro have full signal, so I think that my device is the front micro ?

When I tried to config the CCT with several settings, changing the value of stackmat, device ,... but no such work, I had tried the CCT Diagnotist but no result.

Can anybody suggest me something for fix that thing ? And if I choose the correct device, will the timer is ON or still OFF until the right value of the stackmat ?

I also have Vista. I plug the cord into 'FrontLineIn' and it works fine for me. Make sure it is enabled when you right click the volume control on the taskbar and click 'Recording devices'. Also make sure that the device is 'FrontLineIn' on CCT(of course depending on what your computer calls it).

If it still isn't working, make sure that there is a loud beeping noise coming out of your computer when your stackmat is plugged in. I had a problem where no noise was coming out of my computer; I got a new wire and the problem was fixed, and has been fixed.
