We really don’t need a mid year awards.

This is also pretty clearly completely copied from the last couple forum awards run by Ben and (the first time but not the last year or two) me.

I’d be in favor of an end-of-year awards, but two in one year seems overkill

I feel like categories such as "Least Helpful Member" or "Biggest Controversy" might cause some issues. People might feel hurt if others vote for them in those cases.

When you nominate someone/something, make sure that the nomination applies to something that happened in the year of 2021. Anything that has happened before 2021 will be removed from consideration for the ballot.

in biggest controversy, its isn't about anything people said, for example in 2021 it was pineapple on pizza. but least helpful member is removed

Wow. I saw the notification that I was mentioned in this thread and I was like, oh cool, somebody nominated me for an award that probably shouldn’t exist, but then I saw that it’s just somebody literally copy-pasting what I posted two years ago. It even has my name in it. If you’re going to steal something from somebody else word for word, at least try to be discreet about it. Also, if what ProStar posted was correct before it was edited, that makes it even more hilarious that you didn’t even change the year for the so-called 2023 awards.
