Canada NR by Ervin Liu!?

I know this is (hopefully ) a mistake, but wanted to point it out. When the times are entered, are they manually set as NR, CR, or WR? Or maybe Ervin changed their country?

This happened because he had been competing under the Vatican, of course getting those NRs, then changing to Canada after the comp.

It was incorrectly entered as Vatican City originally, so everything showed up as NRs.
Now that's it's been corrected to Canada, it's still showing as NRs.
