Can someone tell me how to clean my mat

hello lol ive been gone for a long time
my mat is very dirty and I would like someone to tell me the best way to clean it. it looks really bad.

soft bristle scrub brush (like for washing dishes), warm water, and out aome liquid dish soap on the brush, dip in the water and scrub over the mat

after you feel you've got it good and clean, do a last scrub or two over it with just water to rinse it
The dry it off some with paper towels and let it air dry...
Do Not set it in the sun to dry, that might get too hot and cause some separation in the layers
