Can batch solver set up to a given unsolved position?

My question is whether or not batch solver can instead of genning algs that solve the cube to its solved state, can solve it towards a state specified by the user. An example of what I mean is if you could make batch solver gen ls algs that take any ls case (let’s say this includes both oriented and unoriented ls in fr), and gens an alg to make it an oriented three mover, instead of having the pair solved. (This is not what I’m using it for, just an example).

If I understand correctly, yes it's possible to make a solver from any state to any state.
You input current state and desired state. Then desired state is inverted and multiplied to the current state. And this new state is used for the solver. Here is for Kociemba solver:
