can anyone help me to get faster at 3x3?

A few things... I think the biggest thing really for you would be cross and f2L - Your cube seems pretty tight? Besides turning speed you have a number of pauses between pairs.

I'm curious to see what others suggest working on though.

honstly only you can hep your self get better by practicing and learning new things. Get less moves in your cross, faster F2L, way faster alg execution, oh and you dont need to do a U4... example being the one you did at about :48 for your green orange pair.

Maybe work on cross and get it down to around 3 secs.I think that took up like 8 seconds of your whole solve and that is slowin you down.
Your F2l is good and just work on lookahead for it.For Oll and PLL just do time attacks and try and get them a bit faster.

Thats about it.Keep cubing!

Rubik's Brand? It's not a priority, but getting a new speedcube may help slightly. Just remember that it's the cuber, not the cube.

For F2L, you are definitely rotating your cube too much, which is something you can improve on. Other than that: Practice.

It's a diy but i didn't tension it (now i did) Thx for you reply:D

Do solves without speedsolving. Forget about time and solve stoping and thinking what is the best way to insert a pair, avoiding cube rotations etc.
Master slow solves and, with time, they will become fast solves without you even notice.

can you show us an avg solve
it might help us judge.
As far as I can see you need to work on F2L get it down to a split of around 10-15s before trying anything else

here's a avg5 solve:
1. 38.19 sec.
2. 44.80 sec.
3. 42.04 sec.
4. 40.32 sec.
5. 34.51 sec.

avg5: 39.97 sec.

Try to do d moves to avoid some cube rotations
(when the slot you are inserting in is in a fingertrick friendly position, use U to put the f2l piece in to place, when the pieces are in a fingertrick friendly position use d to put the slot in place.
Or when you want to put a corner down to place a edge next to it, but you can't because behind the corner is a solved pair use d to put an open f2l slot behind your corner)
Practice this slowly at first, it doesn't take that long to get used to it. And avoid U turns to find pieces first take a look at what you see already, wich is a lot and enough 90% of the time, the other 10% try to use deduction to fidn the pieces.

I'm not sure if you're turning slowly because you want to practice lookahead or because your cube is extremely tight.

I would say to just forget about lookahead for now. At this stage, it's more important to get comfortable with every F2L case, and that means that you should really only focus on the current C/E you're pairing during F2L. Lookahead requires you to know how to solve C/E pairs without looking, which I'm not totally sure you can do yet. For now, just turn as quickly as you can and rely on recognition. Once you get to 25-30 seconds, you can attempt look-ahead (or when you are comfortable with all F2L cases).

Other than that, just keep solving the cube; you'll get faster.
