Can a speedcuber be on his top and never can faster?

Everybody has a limit, and it would definitely vary between people. But I believe everyone is capable of solving under 15 seconds, unless severely disabled.

Don't say "give up." The goal should never be to get a certain speed because even after you do that, then you set another goal, until that speed it near impossible to reach and you feel like you want to give up. Set you goal as enjoying solving and learning some new techniques. Have fun!

of course i can keep training.
i will go learn full oll. ( just to start easy: 3 in 1 week, because i am very busy with school now)
i found out that looking ahead is now extreamly important.
i think one of the solutions is: every single solve i do. keep looking and track next pairs. if i do that every single solve it will go automaticly later. ( thats what Jedijupiter said as well)

People who said take a break: maybe you are right. i will do maybe...
Pdilla you said challenging yourself. well thats a good idea. maybe i should make a list of goals to get. ( sorry for bad english)
Deedubb you said do you want to get faster train Full OLL. you are right, maybe i need to train different than i do now.
i will keep training looking ahead every single solve.

All thank you for the comments.
it really helped me out and gave me some inspiration.

Are you willing to work as hard as it will take for you to get faster? Once the answer to that question is "no", you've hit your limit.

This!

At first it is easy to get faster just by doing some random solves but it comes increasingly harder and takes more effort later.

Of course there is some physical limit on how fast a human can turn a cube but I believe we are not there yet. At least 99.99% of the cubers are nowhere near their limit.
