Top ZZ Speedcubers in the World

[OtterCuber]

I thought I would open a thread for discussing the top ZZ speedcubers in the world. I maintain a list on my website of the current top ZZ speedcubers, using only official records from the WCA. This is not an exhaustive list, but I am open to adding anyone who is widely acknowledged as a "world-class" ZZ speedcuber.

10th!
I was top 10 in the world at something I just won't elaborate it was a single method of a single event.

How did you determine which solvers use ZZ? Did you just do it by hand?

By being in the ZZ server and asking who actually uses ZZ lol

This is super neat! Is there any chance that I could be added to the list? I use ZZ and my official times are slightly better than the creator of this wonderful method.

Edit: Official times, not just PB average/single.

This is based on official times btw.

Yes I realize, I am referring to my official times. Unofficially I was a bit better at some point, but I've not seriously practiced in quite a while and I currently "average" around 13-17.

Hey! So glad that you use ZZ! Unfortunately, it would be hard for me to maintain this list if I tried to add everyone. I'm only going to add world-class ZZ speedcubers moving forward. Thanks for your understanding.

Is there a reason Chris Tran isn't on this list? Very cool, I had forgotten about this list.
I need to get into the top 5 of th solvers.

By no means world class but back in 2018 at my last comp using ZZ I got a 10.57 single and a 15.25 average. If I remember correctly that single was very close to my overall pb at the time, I only ever got 3 sub 10s with ZZ unofficially before switching to cfop. Before that I had a 13.67 single and 15.58 average with ZZ-CT. The 13 was judged by none other than Jayden McNeil and he thought I was very cool.
