The extra rattly noises are because the cube is extremely loose. It doesn't cut corners an awful lot, but what to expect from a storebought.
I slowed down my turn speed ever so slightly and it feels so much better! The only noticeable difference is the slow LSE, I think- but turn style is different now.

Lol, yeah I hope to get a speedcube in the summer, although I can only order from the uk, which is really annoying..
You use a dayan guhong, don't you? Are there any videos of you using roux? It will be interesting to see your style on roux- you turn fast with short pauses right?

I turn Super slow, My LSE is like so slow... Trying to optimize it and get good at optimizing it.

Then in the long run, your LSE will become insanely fast. I don't have the patience to work on that- and I'm pretty happy with my current LSE... Im focussing on my blocks right now. They are my major weakness. Also, my CMLL is always uncontrolled and locky :/
What is your average? By the looks of it, you're pretty fast.

Yeah, I still use my GuHong. I'll make a Roux video soon, but my main issue is my second block, and my first block is also pretty bad.

I need to practice more, I haven't used Roux in weeks haha. Plus the more I practice, I'll find some better "tricks" for certain thing for second block. The problem with my 2ns block is that I solve it by doing the bottom edge, then I do the other parts like F2L.

Doing that is fine- I do it like F2L but like colour neutral for the first 1x2x2 block. Just don't use F or B or D moves.
Stick to your Rs, rs, Us, and Ms.
What you want to do is try to make a pair while inserting an edge, insert that while looking ahead for the final pair, then insert the pair while anticipating CMLL and orienting centres. I heard that some people do it differently, though.

I average 20s (20 second barrier rawr)I get tons of like 16's and 14's though kinda confuses me....
LSE is like the longest part of my solve.
Problem is i never know if my LSE is very optimized =/

Wow, we are at around the same level then! Let's see who gets to sub-15 first!
Yeah, I get alot of 16s in my averages, but 13s-14s are rare. I have only ever gotten below that once, though.
If LSE is holding you back, simply try to speed up little by little. That way, you'll be fast and efficient.
Don't worry about not being optimal. Just get close enough.
