In my opinion, this is a litteral translation of "petits Chinois" which means "young Chinese" which ones aren't "real persons" in the way they shouldn't have to work so young for almost nothing... I think he was refering to the fact that some chinese children are forced to work instead of going to school...

Yeah, I guessed that. But a Guanlong is going to be made by someone in China, whether it is bought from a Chinese website, or anywhere else.
