bpaul no flip method clock problem

Whenever I do my memo and/or execution right (at least I think it’s right), either all of the clocks are solved or one edge clock isn’t. Help please

In case u can’t see, the second photo has the left edge clock misaligned

I’d like to add that my clock (occasionally) used to turn by itself. However I believe that problem has been removed
