I have been familiar with the old pochman method for a while now, but every time i want to get better at blind, tracing or cycle breaks skrew me up. i struggle with remembering cycle breaks and such.

any tips for tracing and what do do after being successful with old pochman

What helped me most with learning to trace is putting my fingers on solved locations. This also makes it really easy to know which locations are available to cycle break to, and it's obvious when you're finished memorizing.

Do sighted tracing, that helped me a lot when I was starting out with blindsolving.

You can also try writing down the cycles or the memo on a piece of paper to reduce the confusion and complexity of the process.
