Hub I’ve never heard of someone having their big cubes methods like that, why do you prefer Yau on 4x4 & 6x6?So i found out that for even big(ger) cubes, i use yau, and for the odds i use Hoya
i forgot i had a non magnetic QiYi 4x4 with me (the same line as the 5x5)
i cant really do hoya on it
i say big(ger) because ive only done it on four, but its because its easier for me solve colorschemeHub I’ve never heard of someone having their big cubes methods like that, why do you prefer Yau on 4x4 & 6x6?
The way I make sure the color scheme is correct is making sure I have opposite colors for f2c and after solving the white center I look at the color of the solves center at the left and I just have enough practice to know what center color to solve, I got started by memorizing that when green is on the left I solve red and when red is on left I solve the blue center and knowing that I could figure out what the correct center to solve was every time.i say big(ger) because ive only done it on four, but its because its easier for me solve colorscheme
it also doesnt help that i like my "custom" scheme, which replaces yellow with blueThe way I make sure the color scheme is correct is making sure I have opposite colors for f2c and after solving the white center I look at the color of the solves center at the left and I just have enough practice to know what center color to solve, I got started by memorizing that when green is on the left I solve red and when red is on left I solve the blue center and knowing that I could figure out what the correct center to solve was every time.
