Are mini cubes legal?

[Zyrb]

I was wandering if mini cubes like the mini alpha cube are legal in competitions spesifically for OH? sorry if a post like this has been made before. i couldnt find one

Can you find where in the regulations makes you think they might be illegal? http://www.worldcubeassociation.org/regulations/

That way the regulations can be cleared up of any confusing language.
