[Help Thread] Are Lubix Still Active?

It's been a while since I've been active in the speedsolving community, but I recently (16th of June) bought a megaminx off the Lubix website but haven't received any shipping or tracking info from them. Sent the shipping department an email about it on the 29th of June - 5 days later and still nothing from them.

Should I just request a paypal refund? The cube was meant as a gift and there's only a couple of weeks left before this gift is needed, so a bit of a shame.

This at the bottom of the website, so I would say yes. Also their cubes are really out of date.

I'm in the same boat as you. I placed an order back in August and haven't heard anything back from them. I've emailed every contact address they list. Even the one listed on the paypal account. I just requested a refund from paypal. If they aren't up and running they could at least put a notice and close the option to purchase.
