Another algorithm for the 'blinker'?

I do all the U-face turns with my left hand for R U2' R2' U' R2 U' R2' U2' R. If you pay attention to the primes (') next to the 180° turns, you can do the whole algorithm in 1 grip.

This is how I do it, starting with middle finger on UR and thumb on DR:

R → Just the regular clockwise turn
U2' → I double flick with my left index and middle fingers
R2' → I do a counter clockwise R2. This leaves your hand in a sort of awkward sticking out sort of way
U' → Just the regular U' with left index finger
R2 → This is a clockwise R2, your elbow should no longer be sticking out.
U' → Once again, just a regular U'
R2' → z0mg your elbow is sticking out again.
U2' → Again another double flick U2 with left hand.
R → Regular R. Your hand should be in the same grip as it started with.

(R U2') (R2' U') (R2 U') (R2' U2' R)

Do it like rock 'n' roll. I do the last 3 Us with left hand.
