....and I show you that solve because it's my record, you will argue that it's suspicious???

It depends on how you react afterwards.

I'm not a fast cuber, but I did get my first sub20 time(3x3x3) a few days ago. As far as I can remember I didn't have a "OH MAH DOG" moment, but I could be wrong as I didn't coincidentally had my camera turned on.

To me, reaction (unless obvious) has not much to do with the validity of the solve. My first bld solve was a wtf omg moment for me. That doesn't mean it's fake.

1. Believe it or not, but he's not you! Different people can react differently (e.g. Aron vs Dennis).
2. The same person can react differently to different things.
3. You compare a sub20 to a one-handed 6.27? Are you kidding me?

I've had a huge variation of reactions. Although I'm usually a "big fist pump **** YEAH" kind of celebrator when I have a really good solve that's a PB there's been many times where I just looked at the timer in a disbelieving fashion. Sometimes in events that are faster, such as 3x3, I'd set a PB and just go on with the next solve if it was only by .2 or something similar. To me a 15.3 vs a 15.1 is a pretty insignificant difference. His reaction in the vid is very calm which, although unusual, isn't impossible.

Also not at all unexpected, considering the circumstances. From the video description: "i wish i didnt have sleeping babies at my house so i wouldnt have to control the reaction :\". I'm rather disappointed nobody here seems to take that into account, at least I didn't see anybody address it. Just like his "i wanted to make a sub-9 OH single vid for Christmas just 2 wish everyone a Merry Christmas" which is a perfectly reasonable explanation for That70sShowDude's "Words to end the video looked set up" and tasguitar7's "little suspicious that he was already wearing a christmassy hat for the end of the video". And the "my house is cold as balls" might explain That70sShowDude's "Whole warmup thing looked set up"...

Of course these statements could all be lies, but I don't find it acceptable to just ignore them as if they weren't there or didn't explain anything. (Ok, possibly they were added after those first comments, but I'm sure I've seen them at least yesterday already and people are still acting as if they're not there)

Another reason why it is so difficult to believe is that it is so much faster than the current OH wr. Michal just got the first official sub-10 OH single a few weeks ago, and that was a pll skip. Getting a real solve that is roughly 2/3 the time of the current world champion's pb official single, which is already lucky, isn't exactly likely, it is also less likely when the person doing it isn't in the top 100 for that event, and even more so when that person's official single was lucky and roughly equal to the wr holder's OH avg.
